I did our first family meeting… In the midst of it, my first born opened up quite a bit about how one of her friends kept making worksheets for her on post-it notes and forced her to do, she felt uncomfortable and upset about the whole thing. Interesting how our first meeting was just to set Intentions but she already felt safe to share.
