Parenting and educating your child isn’t easy. But if we are able to regulate our thoughts and emotions, and manage our behaviour, we will find that this journey is more manageable. Research has shown that 20 mins a day of mindfulness meditation can change the brain and more calm. In this Self-directed Life’s Guest Speaker session, we will speak with Erin to learn more about why mindfulness works, how we can incorporate mindfulness in our daily lives, and how children can also experience and benefit from mindfulness. We will also do a short practice session to experience mindfulness meditation.
